Surprising Dinner last Saturday at Amber to celebrate me and Dear John's 2nd Anniversary. Just came across the latest Top 50 restaurants in the World list last night and saw Amber is the 37th this year. It is indeed an amazing place with super delicious food! We had tried its signature 8 course tasting menu and it had been a wonderful 3 hour long dinner. It's interior design reminds me of One if By Land in New York City. I guess it's mainly because of the reddish color. By far, One if By Land is the most romantic restaurant I have been and would definitely go back there again in the near future.My favorite dishes of the night is definitely the Hokkaido sea urchin with lobster jello and caviar, foie gras lollipop and its waygu beef. Its desserts and other dishes are just as delicious!
